You will be working alongside a team of talented colleagues from other markets, businesses and functions to provide you with the opportunity to take your career to the next level.The Wealth Advisor Professional assists the Wealth Advisors who provide private clients with general tax, financial planning, and related trust and estate planning recommendations. The Professional will work with the Latin America Wealth Advisors to provide support for work involving the creation and implementation of client solutions, marketing and new product offerings, and management of internal pipelines.The Wealth Advisor Professional shall be responsible for assisting with the on-boarding of new fiduciary business, preparing associated internal and external documents, and interfacing with JPMorgan's International Fiduciary Services division and other fiduciary service providers in the establishment and administration of clients' fiduciary structures, which can include trusts, personal investment companies and family funds. The role includes responsibilities for obtaining client documentation and liaising with the clients' external advisors. Tracking and managing projects generated through multiple Wealth Advisory teams, and coordinating across different areas of the firm are the central responsibilities for the Professional. The Professional shall also assist with the internal record keeping of the team, including client tracking and metrics.Job Responsibilities

Assist the Wealth Advisors, Bankers or clients with enquiries relating to existing trust or company structures, e.g., by confirming details of settler, protectors, beneficiaries, what companies are involved, as well as checking on general history of a structure

Prepare documentation to set up trusts and offshore investment holding companies

Create presentations and other marketing materials for Wealth Advisors, including presentations in English and Spanish

Coordinate with external service providers, client advisors, and Wealth Advisors to ensure compliance with corporate governance and fiduciary requirement

Obtain and implement the Bank's document/policies posted to the intranet site

Update performance metrics and pipeline report

Coordinate with fiduciary clients, trust companies, and client's external legal advisors or accountants, and to carry out the implementation of restructuring projects (for example, changing trustees, liquidation of companies, change of beneficiaries, trust deed amendment; conversion from stand-alone company structure to trust structure)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

At least 4 years of experience in a legal, fiduciary and/or Trust Administration capacity

Bachelor's Degree (law degree preferred)

Spanish fluency oral and written required

PowerPoint and Excel expertise
