Shift: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm)

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure situations with professionalism and tack

What’s a typical day as an Account Rep.? You’ll be:Receives and responds to incoming calls, emails and written communication from participants, client, providers, or other business associates

Assists in preparation of client deliverables, including stewardship reporting, client cadence communication pieces

execute tasks for existing clients and implementation of new business opportunities

Research and documents problems and requests for information upon request
