Must have experience in the Health Insurance Industry as a Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

-Experience in Health insurance customer service.

-The ability to communicate effectively with customers.

-Be computer literate

-Punctual and Dependable

-Motivated Self Starter

As a Customer Service Retention Specialist, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships.

Work Monday-Friday9:00am-7:00 Pm

Have the weekends off

Pay Hourly plus bonus!
