Bookkeeper (part-time) in Jupiter

Chosen candidate MUST have proven experience with ONLINE version QuickBooks (not desktop version)

Employment Options: Employee or 1099

Weekly Hours: approximately 2 to 5 hours. Flexible schedule.

Hybrid Position: a mix of working at the office and from your home (after completion of training in Jupiter office)

Pay: $20.00 - $22 per hour (based on skills set and performance)

DUTIES

Weekly:

Account receivables

Account payables

Cost Sheets

Create other reports, as needed

Perform other duties, as needed

Monthly:

Reconcile banking account statements

Reconcile credit card statements

Create Balance Sheet, P&L and sales report

Create other reports, as needed

Perform other duties, as needed

Quarterly:

Process required tax documents

Perform other duties, as needed

This position requires a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test (for illegal drug use)
