Garcia Civil Contractors, LLC is a Heavy Civil construction company seeking skilled Traffic Control – Personnel. We are looking for hardworking and motivated individuals who are willing to dedicate their skills to the overall success of the Team. Skills:

Safety awareness & hazard recognition

Clear communication (hand signals + radio use)

Knowledge of MOT standards & traffic control setups

Situational awareness (monitoring vehicles & site activity)

Proper use of traffic devices (cones, signs, paddles)

Quick decision-making in unexpected situations

Teamwork with site crew and other flaggers

Professional driver interaction & de-escalation

Physical endurance for outdoor, long-hour shifts

Basic reporting of incidents and traffic conditions

Compensation:

- $20 per hour
