Retired, looking to work a few hours a month

Looking for person to perform light maintenance and upkeep for 2 small parks. You would be responsible for minor fixes and keep rules enforced.

Monitor water quality and read meters.

Please be okay with this only being a few hours a month.

Payment is through Zelle and a 1099

Must have reliable transportation.

$40/hour

Task can be done any time convenient, so not very fixed schedule.
