Lawn care job

I am looking to hire 1 guy for 3 days a week during winter time and 4/5 during the summer times. Experience is a plus but not a total deal breaker. Im looking for someone positive with a good attitude. Someone that is on time and doesn't call out very often. Ideally someone going to school at nights or just needing steady part time work. Please do not respond if you are just wanting temporary work, i need someone long term i can build around. Down the line opportunities for driving a route will come up. Im taking in applications this week and will look to hire someone starting mid next week. The pay is from $16-18 an hour depending on what you bring to the company. Ideally someone younger or middle aged so they can handle the heat come summer time. Drug and alcohol free is a must. We work 7-8 hour days most of the time. You need a ride to and from meeting location every morning. Usually meeting location is in middleburg. Please respond to the ad with your name, age, experience, and what part of town you live in.
