Dependable Handyman Needed

Shapell's Inc is seeking a dependable handyman to join our team. This role involves a range of remodeling and maintenance tasks across our properties.

Key responsibilities include:

Remodeling Duties:

o Painting

o Patching drywall

o Installing fencing

o Installing floors, doors, and windows

Maintenance Duties:

o Basic electrical and plumbing repairs

o Ensuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition

Qualifications:

Previous experience in electrical work or carpentry is a plus

Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers

Knowledge of basic handy skills, painting techniques, and remodeling processes

Take I-295 to Commonwealth Ave. Pass GO Pull-it, FedEx, and GCR Tire. Turn right at the 4-way stop light onto Bullsbay Hwy. Turn left onto Stocks Rd, the 2nd street on the left-hand side. We are at the end of Stocks Road on the right-hand side. Look for our 2-story building with the green and copper roof.
