Pressure Washing/Exterior Window Cleaner

We are looking for career-minded individuals to join our pressure washing teams! Must be able to handle both hot and cold weather conditions for long periods of time. We specialize in new construction and model home cleaning . You will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of the model homes and sales centers. Exterior window cleaning and pressure washing.

YOU WILL NEED A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A VEHICLE WITH TOW CAPABILITIES TO PULL A TRAILER. EXPERIENCE PULLING A TRAILER IS AMUST! Some travel is involved. MUST BE COMFORTAALE DRIVING TO JOBS IN JACKSONVILLE, ST AUGUSTINE, ST JOHNS, ORANGE PARK, YULEE, AND SURROUNDING AREAS. (GAS CARD PROVIDED).

FLEXIBILE SCHEDULE

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED: PHYSICAL: Ability to move quickly and easily. ADAPTABILITY: a "whatever it takes" POSITIVE attitude with a willingness to take initiative. Mechanically inclined is a BIG plus. PEOPLE: Demonstrate a friendly, outgoing, and respectful personality with customers and co-workers. Only serious, hard-working, team players need to apply! Pressure washing and exterior window cleaning experience is a plus. Looking to hire immediately. The majority of work is Monday through Friday. Must be able to pass a Background check.
