Our programis truly global with resources in North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC, and Africa. We are a highly motivated, service-centric team seekingto transform the way we engage non-employee labor.What you will be doingIn this role you will report to the Sr. Director of Third Party Labor helping to define the category strategy, create the multi-year roadmap, andlead a team of Senior Strategic Sourcing Managers. You will focus on creating an exceptional customer-focused experience to our internaland external clients as well as 3rd party suppliers.Develop and implement a customer-centric approach to support the identification, curation, and management of our extended workforce.Lead transformation programs to mature the category management of Third Party Labor including expansion into new geographies.Inform process improvements and technology enhancements with the VMS technology, ensuring optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results.Serves as primary POC to our program’s key Third Party partners, including leading contractual negotiations, managing the relationships, and partnering on our mutual strategic initiatives.Partner with business leaders to achieve optimal usage of our Third Party providers.Delegate and assign work to the team optimizing for team workload, efficiencies, and subject matter expertise.Mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships.Acts as point of escalation for where Third Party Sr. Director is unavailable.What you bringStrong program management skills and experience leading teamsExperience with Extended Workforce platforms (VMS/HRIS systems)Strategic, customer-centric mindsetAbility to multi-taskAttention to detailExperience in the contract staffing industryKnowledge of end-to-end procurement and non-employee hiring processesAdded bonus if you have:Change Management and Communications experienceFamiliarity with financial systems and regulations (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley)What we offer you:A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated teamA variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunitiesThe chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technologyA work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respectPrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
