Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is set within the retail industry and calls for a detail-oriented individual adept at managing vendor relationships and maintaining vendor files. Responsibilities: Set up suppliers/vendors efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Handle IRS W9'/W8's forms with comprehensive understanding Ensure security and sensitivity around banking information provided by vendors while validating that information Enter relevant data accurately into an ERP system Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision Manage a shared inbox with detail-oriented email etiquette, attention to detail, and timely response to all vendor inquiries Exhibit initiative and accountability in delivering top tier service Prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced work environment, emphasizing teamwork Solve problems analytically while meeting deadlines Experience with Oracle, Dynamics, and JSM is a plus, but not mandatory.
