You’ll coordinate day-to-day project delivery, manage project financials and drive client relationship management for FIS clients. In addition to project management duties, this role will be product consultant-focused across FIS Operations Workflow Manager and FIS Document Capture Manager.About the team:Join our Capital Markets team today! You’ll have an exciting opportunity to support healthcare implementations in a client-facing role. You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver on a variety of projects related to these implementations.What you’ll be doing:Plans and coordinates all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery and identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.Creates project charters to identify project scope, critical success factors, risks and oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.Manages the project work plan and holds the team and project resources accountable to variances in budget and hours.Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members and collaborates with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams to ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.Ensures requirements for technology projects align to operational standards and develops alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate.Delivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups in FIS and/or in client organizations.Identifies project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions.May work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.What you bring:Knowledge of financial services industryKnowledge of US Healthcare and HIPAA Policies is a plusKnowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate and experience with project management software (MS Project, PlanView)Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles, e.g., conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or traditional waterfall phases of analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and the correct project applicationSkill in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement when there are widely-differing viewpointsExcellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills with the ability to interact effectively using excellent verbal and written communication skillsAdded bonus if you have:Healthcare implementationsWhat we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job.
