From learning to leadership, this is your chance to take your career to the next level.Your role will be supporting the setting up of procedures instructions, and processes that will allow client to align with the international standards for Quality Systems (ISO 9001, and similar). In addition, below is a sample of some of the expectations and opportunities.
Lead development of Quality Systems across client and communicate progress to leadership
Establish and support the link between Quality processes and Client's systems such as SAP/ EQMS/ MES/ Jira / 3DX/ etc.
Manage integration and timeline to establish a functional link between above processes
Lead root cause analysis activities and corrective action implementation
Support process improvement activities and Quality System implementation
Responsible for creating and reporting metrics to demonstrate quality status in NPI, manufacturing, and services
Articulating the benefit and structure of solutions while understanding the technical aspects of clients and project teams
Drive execution of our clients' business strategy through the Manufacturing function
Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge and helping resolve our clients' challenges
Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
Gain experience in implementing leading-edge Smart Factory and digital supply chain solutions
Work collaboratively with market leading ecosystem partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related discipline, or applicable experience
10+ years of experience in core manufacturing processes and plant floor equipment and operations
Experience in Industrial sensor selection and specification
Experience in Industrial Networks Communication media and protocols (Ethernet, RS232/485, Ethernet IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus, BACnet, and Profibus
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
/Experience
10+ projects in Industrial Automation platforms (Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and/or Process Historians (real-time database)
Experience configuring, maintaining and resolving centralized collection systems via high level communication protocols (OPC-UA/DA, MQTT, et al)

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.
