CNC Machine Operator

Job Description:Aerotek is hiring immediately for Machine Operators in the Jacksonville, FL Area. We are looking for a reliable individual to work in a fast-paced Manufacturing Environment. Manufacturing Environment

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Shift Options:

5:00am-3:30pm - overtime available depending on workflow

2:00pm-12:30am- overtime available depending on workflow

Pay: $18-$19/hr - based on shift (pay raise when converted to permanent employee)

Contract to hire opportunity (pay raise, profit sharing, benefits, and 401k when converted to permanent employee)

Benefits while on contract (vision, dental, medical and 401k)

Responsibilities:

Manufacturing, fabrication and assembly of power systems (sheet metal)

Operate CNC machinery to cut, bend, punch, and fabricate metal

Loading and unloading machinery

Read and interpret blueprints

Enter order specifications into machinery

Skills and Qualifications:

Manufacturing / Machine Operation experience is required

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Experience reading blueprints, shop drawings, or tape measure required

Ability to stand and walk for entire shift

Experience working metal is a plus

Mechanical abilities is a plus
