Job Description

Help Desk Technician SNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling a Help Desk Technician role for a great local Jacksonville healthcare client. This is a contract role that will start onsite for training and then transition to fully remote.

Starting Salary: Between $17/hr.-$18/hr.

Work Schedule: 11am - 7:30pm Monday-Friday

Ideal Qualifications

/Experience:

Experience providing customer support or technical assistance for incoming concerns related to software and hardware issues
Experience working with heavy phone volume or remote support
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
High School Diploma.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
