Self Storage Property Associate

Part time and full time Self Storage Property Management Associates!

We work on both sides of JACKSONVILLE ST JOHNS BLUFF & HIGHWAY AVE/NORMANDY

Basic Computer Skills Required (we will train in our software-easy),

Ability for Basic Cleaning (Broom, picking up paper/trash, bug spraying units at move out),

Ability to Walk/Review Facility 2 Times Daily (mobility, lifting garage doors, etc.) Lifting 35 lbs.

No stress job. Helping people with storing their "stuff".

Nice/Clean Office,

Must have typing ability (no HUNT & PECK)

$14 Per Hour / Minimum; 20 Hour Positions - No Other Benefits at this time

No "Off the Books" Payroll. W-2 Provided.

Hours: Monday Thru Friday: 9 am to 5:30 pm / Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm, Sunday 10 am to 2 pm.

Background Check/Drug/Alcohol Screening.

Cleaning Facility, Picking up any refuse/trash, maintaining a beautiful facility, basic computer skills.
