Ride Share Driver – Company Car – Uber/Lyft

Ride Sharing ALD & RBT LLC is looking for reliable ride‑share drivers to operate company‑owned vehicles on Uber, Lyft and delivery apps in Lee County (Cape Coral, Fort Myers and surrounding areas).[Attachment]

Independent contractor position (1099), not W‑2 employee.[Attachment]

Company car provided; vehicle stays property of the company.[Attachment]

Work 8–10 hours per day, 6–7 days per week, following the assigned schedule.[Attachment]

Must keep the car clean, no smoking, no unauthorized passengers, no tampering with dashcams or equipment.[Attachment]

On‑board AI dashcam and GPS for safety and activity monitoring, compliant with Florida law.[Attachment]

Earnings split percentage between driver and company will be discussed and written in the contract.[Attachment]

No Instant Cash‑Out without company approval.[Attachment]

At‑fault accidents: driver is responsible for a 500 USD deductible and any non‑insured costs.[Attachment]

If you are inactive for 1 day without notice, you must return the vehicle the same day. Using the vehicle on unauthorized apps, on hidden accounts, or hiding trips/earnings is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination, vehicle recovery and possible civil/legal action.[Attachment]
