Residential Part Time Construction Manager

Construction manager - looking for someone to help manage a single family full remodel in SW Cape Coral. Must have experience in residential construction building custom homes. This is a part time independent contractor position to look in on the house daily and manage the sub contractors by working with the owner. Perfect if you are retired and want something to do for a while and it's a nice high end waterfront home. Looking for someone who can start immediately.
