Opening at Upscale Gated Community for Gatehouse/Patrol Officer

Full-Time or Part-Time:

Days of work: Thurs through Mon, 2pm-10pm (40hrs) Full-Time $18.75/hr

Days of work: Sat and Sun, 2pm-10pm (16hrs) Part-Time $18.75/hr

This is an In-House Position - State License is NOT required!

CANDIDATES MUST:

Communicate effectively both written and verbally

Provide outstanding customer service

Ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and vendors

Maintain a neat and professional appearance

Possess good computer skills

Maintain high standards of punctuality and attendance

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

WE OFFER:

Starting wage of $18.75/hr
