Part-Time Maintenance/Cleaning Personnel

Association seeking 30-35 hours/week on-site maintenance personnel. Reply with resume.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

-Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair

-Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair

-Pool maintenance

-Preventative maintenance

-Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds

-Must be able to work outdoors

-Must be willing to work independently

-Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty

-Good interpersonal communication skills

-Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude

-Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time

-Reimbursement available for personal vehicle and tool use

-Must be able to pass a background check

-English-Speaking

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

A background check is required for this position.

Building Maintenance: 1-2 years (Required)
