Now Hiring: Outside Grounds/Porter in Naples

Currently seeking a reliable and skilled individual with immediate availability for a part-time Groundskeeper/Porter position at an apartment community in Naples. Duties include: Clean up of all exterior grounds of the complex, including trash, breezeways, and parking areas, pressure washing, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, light painting, and light maintenance (NO landscaping). Most positions are temporary and some have the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

Schedule: Part-time (Monday -Friday 8 AM - 12 PM)

Pay is $19.00/hour. Could start as soon as Monday, December 2nd. This position is being offered through our staffing agency and you will be paid once per week, taxes deducted.

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a local background check

Must be able to work outside in the heat
