HVAC -Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician $65-75k BASE

Area - Lee & Collier Counties

KEY Attributes: Trustworthiness, reliability and flexibility. Weekends and nights during peak business are when a lot of equipment/HVAC/Refrigeration issues arise and they must be on call to come in and fix for emergencies. MUST have a clean record and be very respectful and trustworthy. Must be able to pass background/criminal and have US work authorization.

Qualifications

HVAC Refrigeration License Required

Refrigeration Able to troubleshoot, fix, clean, and maintain the following equipment;

Structure: Will report directly to Ariel, and communicate with store managers and equipment vendors regularly.

Schedule: This will vary based on store needs. Will oversee 9 area locations (most within proximity). Must be available if issues come up on nights and weekends (HVAC/Refrigeration most common).

Requirements: Must have own vehicle and tools. Bilingual is a huge plus as (most of the employees speak Spanish). Live in the area (Lee and Collier counties). Current Driver's License. Maintenance Position

Benefits:

Employees get one week of vacation in the first year and two weeks thereafter. The company is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
