Crew Leader position

Better sod of swfl is looking for a Crew leader to come aboard and grow with us.

We are a small family owned company that is growing rapidly!

Things that are expected.

Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.

Must have a clean driving record.

Must be able to show up on time.

Must be able to handle the SWFL weather.

knowledge about turf and Artifical turf is a PLUS!

Positive mindset.

Great customer service skills.

Being able to run equipment safely ( Skid steer, Wheel loaders, ETC

Pulling a trailer and understanding how to secure equipment on trailer for transport.

What you’ll be required to do.

Picking up and dropping off workers.

Communicating with customers as needed.

Picking up materials.

Making sure jobs go smoothly and safely.

Making sure equipment is greased / serviced regularly.

Making sure equipment is operating correctly.
