Dental Receptionist / Front Office

Dentist owned, NOT corporate dental office in Naples is looking for a Dental Front Office staff member.

This is not a "on the job training ", MUST have a minimum of 5 years of Dental Front Office experience.

I need a staff member that has strong front dental office skills, someone who has experience and confidence.

Do not apply if you don't have a minimum of 5 years of Dental Front Office Experience.

Looking for a front office member that can perform all aspects of dental front office, including, scheduling, insurance claims and verification, review financing options, ask for and take payments.

Your pay will be based on past experience, past performance, Individual consideration will be addressed during your interview and your abilities. The pay listed in this ad is as a guide only.

Bilingual, Spanish is a Plus.

Main Duties will include: scheduling dental appointments, Checking patients in and out, collecting payment, reviewing treatment plans and cost, re-activating and getting patients back on the schedule who have not been here in a while, confirming dental appointments, etc

This is a doctor owned office, we are in-network with some insurance, we do mot take Medicaid or HMO's insurance.

We currently see patients Monday - Thursday and half day Saturday,
