The Timbers Restaurant and Fish Market is hiring for Day Prep. Responsible for following recipes to prepare sauces, soups, cooking ribs, other assorted items and checking and putting away of orders. Responsible for washing and cleaning prep area. Must be able to work unsupervised and be extremely efficient. Must have reliable transportation. Send resume for consideration.
