Bartender / Servers Needed

Naples Lakes Country Club is looking for both, Part-time and Full-time Bartenders and Servers. Hiring Immediately.

SERVERS:

Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time;

And most importantly, be a team player with a positive, friendly attitude;

Ability to lift up to 25lbs;

Fills condiments;

Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and at all times practices good personal hygiene;

Communicates with Manager and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies. equipment, safety problems. Etc;

Assists Team Members;

Order processing;

Restocks garnish line;

Using acquired menu knowledge, offers menu suggestions, answers questions and anticipates guests needs;

Maintains service stations, garnish line, service bar and common areas of the restaurant;

Pre-busses whenever possible;

Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently;

Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems;

Engage with customers in a friendly manner.

BARTENDERS:

Guide guests through the food and beverage menu, answering questions as needed;

Maintain personal cleanliness;

Ensure that work stations are properly refilled at the end of every shift;

Be able to bend, stoop, and stand for up to 5 hours without sitting;

Turn in signed chits and the end of the shift;

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails;

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons;

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons;

Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations;

Need to have knowledge of crafting cocktails, local products and prepare new and inventive cocktails;
