Exec. Sous Chef

Exec. Sous Chef- We are looking for a passionate, skilled and talented individual to oversee, lead and grow the daily operations of a Full Service Restaurant

TASKS:

-Daily management of kitchen operations and coordination with FOH for seamless service.

-Oversee prep production and quality checks of all mise en place daily.

-Development of BOH employees and kitchen management

-Assist with purchasing & inventory was well as Coordinate menu items and specials

Qualifications:

-A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Exec. Sous Chef in a full-service establishment.

-Must be able to manage and have the ability to lead by example.
