Busy Cape Coral Marina Looking for Front-End Help

Everest Marina has a FT position available for an individual to help with front-end duties

Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00.

Must be reliable with some basic computer skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English well.

Front-End Duties:

Answer phones, call customers, deal with suppliers, etc.

Greet customers and help with retail purchases.

Order parts and assist service manager, as needed.

Check, send and reply to emails.

Accept and apply payments to repair orders and invoices.

Schedule service appointments.

Boat storage questions, signup, payments, etc.

Provide customer quotes with details provided by service manager.

Returns parts, stock inventory, and organize parts department.

Maintain live shrimp tank and get live shrimp for customers.
