Plant Nursery Assistant

Position: Nursery Assistant

Hours: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Flexible on some days)

Location: Bonita Bromeliads Plant Nursery 12525 Tower Rd Bonita Springs, FL 34135

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with plant selection, provide care advice, and answer any questions.

Checkout & Transactions: Operate the register, process sales, and provide a friendly, efficient checkout experience.

Plant Care: Help maintain the nursery, including potting plants, weeding pots, and keeping the space clean and organized.

Additional Tasks: Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and helping with general maintenance of the nursery.

Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Experience in plant care or retail is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
