Internet Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Internet Customer Service Representative.

You will be responsible for:

Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat

Assisting customers in finding the right trailer for their needs

Processing online credit applications, orders and payments

Posting photos of new inventory

Maintaining accurate stock levels of on hand inventory

Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, chat and text

Requirements:

Computer skills and experience with social media

Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Previous experience in customer service preferred
