Interlocking Paver Sales Project Manager Needed

Accurate Pavers is seeking a highly organized and proactive Pressure Wash and Sealing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of pressure washing and sealing operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of our pressure washing and sealing services, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Management:

- Develop and oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for pressure washing and sealing jobs.

- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent jobs or changes in client availability.

- Client Interaction and Estimates:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide professional consultations.

- Prepare and deliver accurate estimates for pressure washing and sealing services.

- Follow up with potential clients to secure bookings and answer any questions.

Employee Supervision:

- Track and manage employee hours, ensuring accurate timekeeping and payroll.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.

- Provide training and support to employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Maintenance of Vehicles and Equipment:

- Ensure all vehicles and job equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.

- Schedule regular maintenance and repairs as needed.

- Keep an inventory of equipment and supplies, ordering new items as necessary.

Quality Control:

- Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality of work meets company standards.

- Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

- Implement and uphold safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of jobs, client interactions, and financial transactions.

- Prepare reports on job progress, employee performance, and equipment status.

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the pressure washing and sealing department.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in pressure washing, sealing, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in pressure washing or a related trade.

- Experience in sales or business development.

- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
