Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Assistant to manage listings and maintain FBA inventory. The ideal candidate should be quick to learn product information, communicate clearly, and be detail oriented with prior knowledge working with Amazon. This role is critical in managing listing errors, launching new products, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing fulfillment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Identify and correct listing errors on Amazon marketplace.

Create and manage FBA shipments to maintain stock availability on Amazon.

Monitor and resolve marketplace policy violations to prevent listing suspensions.

Research and analyze listings pricing to maintain sales within the marketplace

Assisting Web Team Director with additional tasks

Qualifications:

Must be very detailed oriented and able to do daily repetitive tasks

Ability to quickly learn and understand product details

Intermediate to strong experience with Microsoft Excel is required.

Experience with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart marketplace listings.

Familiarity with FBA shipments, shipping configurations, and inventory strategies.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Must have a good grasp on the English language
