HANDYMAN FOR APARTMENTS

Seeking Independent Maintenance Contractor / Handyman.

We are growing and are seeking an experienced AND dependable Independent Maintenance Contractor (IMC) Handyman to handle our general maintenance, repair and Unit Turn Around work for High end apartments, homes and apartments.

As an IMC-HANDYMAN, you will be provided Service Orders to complete a variety of GENERAL maintenance and repair activities including electrical, plumbing and carpentry, unit-make ready's, (painting optional). Attention to detail and quality work a must.

We Provide:

-A great inventory of quality rental properties throughout Fort Lauderdale Broward County

-Prompt weekly payment of completed Service Orders.

-Projects paid 50% down and 50% upon completion.

You Provide:

-At least 3 years experience in ALL facets of general maintenance and repairs on residential properties including homes, condos and apartments.

-Your own Pickup or Van

-Your own Tools, hand and power

-A Valid Driver's License

-At least 3 References

-Residence within 20 minutes/10 miles of downtown Fort Lauderdale. (No Dade or PB County)

Hours are flexible

Skilled painters will receive more hours.
