Full Time Construction Task Runner / Driver

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and personable bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with general handyman skills, the ability to drive a small dump trailer, and a working knowledge of hardware materials and tools commonly found at big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s. This role offers room for growth and increased pay for those who prove capable and responsible.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and operate a small dump trailer safely and responsibly.

Perform various handyman tasks (e.g., light repairs, installations, maintenance work).

Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers in both English and Spanish.

Work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.

Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and outgoing manner.

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to drive and maneuver a small dump trailer.

General handyman skills and mechanical aptitude.

Familiarity with hardware stores such as Home Depot and Lowe’s is a plus.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a self-starter mentality.

Good interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with others.

Compensation:

Starting pay: $18/hour.

Opportunity for pay increase to $22/hour based on performance and capabilities.
