Keen Builds, Inc. Is a fast growing residencial remodeling and custom home building company dedicated to service the Tri-County area (Miami,Broward, West Palm). The bulk of our work is subcontracted but we seek to form an in-house team of tradesmen. A Keen Builder has the following qualities:

-PUNCTUAL

-stoic/even tempered

-meticulous/detail oriented

-open to new methods of construction

-adaptable and flexible

-intuitive

-high aptitude on learning new tasks

-good communication skills (verbal/written)

-efficient with their time management
