Marine/Boat Dealership Service Manager- Hawaii

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in the U.S. marine industry (at least 2 years in a management role)

Strong background in outboard motors and powerboats

Hands-on experience with Yamaha, Honda, and Mercury/Mercruiser is a major plus

Familiarity with top brands like Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, Hurricane, WorldCat, and Robalo

Repower and rigging expertise is highly valued

Lightspeed EVO or similar DMS experience required

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills

Your Role as Service Manager:

Oversee the daily operations of the service department

Estimate and quote service work for customers

Schedule and coordinate jobs efficiently to maximize productivity

Lead and manage shop and yard personnel

Train and develop your team for long-term success

Maintain excellent customer service and billing management

Collaborate with manufacturers and ensure timely warranty filing

Assist mechanics with troubleshooting complex issues

Ensure on-time delivery of new boats and coordinate with sales on repower rigging
