Maintenance / Handyman

Maintenance person needed for a 40 unit rental building in Coral Springs. Must be able to perform general maintenance duties such as painting, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, carpentry, some knowledge of A/C maintenance, sprinkler repair, door installation, and door locks. Must have reliable transportation, have your own tools, be able to work in the U.S.A. speak English and have a minimum of 2 years experience in building maintenance with no criminal record and drug free. Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday 35 HOURS PER WEEK.

Job pays $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
