Overview

We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and customer service, with a flair for creativity and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional hair styling and grooming services to clients

- Perform barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims

management

- Upsell salon products and services to clients

- Maintain a clean and organized work station

- Demonstrate proficiency in retail math for product sales

- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous experience in hair styling, barbering, and makeup application

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients

- Knowledge of straight razor techniques

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment

- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor

Pay: $951.00 - $1,037.00 per week

Schedule:

Every weekend

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
