Position: Customer Service Department (Retention Team)

Location: Fort- Lauderdale, FL (Lauderdale Lakes)

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am - 6:00pm; Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm

Job Description:

Safeguard Insurance is hiring! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Verification Department. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

✅ Assist clients with the verification process

✅ Provide top-notch customer service and support

✅ Ensure accuracy in client documentation and records

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

Requirements:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism

Prior customer service or verification experience is a plus

Must be motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
