Job Summary:
As a Janitorial Sales Representative at Aspen Facility Services, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of our business by securing new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. Your primary responsibility is to generate and close sales for our comprehensive janitorial services and cleaning solutions. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery, ultimately contributing to our company's success and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Consultation: Engage with prospective and current clients to assess their janitorial needs, provide expert recommendations, and tailor service proposals to meet their specific requirements.
Proposal Creation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits and value of our services. Address client inquiries and negotiate terms to secure contracts.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless service implementation and delivery. Provide feedback on client needs and service quality to enhance overall client experience.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market insights to management.
Aspen Facility Services Offer:
$900 week pay, plus commission on completed sales. Biweekly pay
$100 week for gasoline/car care.
