-What your day will look like:
A typical day will include meeting with homeowners to discuss their remodeling and/or repair needs, assessing their budget, estimating costs and presenting project proposals to clients. Once a client has signed on, you will coordinate with our in-house Project Managers to complete the work.
-You will also be:
Estimating, presenting and selling the project
Coordinating a timely billing process and collecting payments from clients
Assisting clients in obtaining financing if needed

We are presently looking for 1 or 2 dedicated, self-motivated salespeople to help generate monthly janitorial contracts for us. The sales territory would be primarily in Colorado Springs.
This is a part-time, COMMISSION-ONLY position. There will be no set salary, only a monthly pay based on the contracts you help us land. We are looking for an Independent Contractor, not an employee.
