Moving Sales Manager Needed

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Sales Manager with experience in moving broker sales. If you have a proven track record in the moving industry, a passion for sales, and the drive to succeed, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Price jobs in accordance with dispatch’s guidance.

- Create sales targets and make sure the team is working towards them.

- Hire, train, and guide the sales team to perform at their best.

- Monitor sales numbers, sales calls, and sales agents to make sure the team is performing and meeting goals.

- Plan ways to attract new customers and boost sales.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in moving broker sales management is a must.

- Knowledge of moving pricing.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, with a strong work ethic.

Compensation: $800 base salary + 2% commission on total binders + Production Based Bonuses
