Phone Sales Representative

Location: Plantation, FL (Remote can be considered, but office preferred)

Monday to Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Friday: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated Phone Sales Representatives with prior phone sales experience, particularly in finance, loans, collections, or debt management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients over the phone. You're not selling, you're helping.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-bound phone sales calls, building rapport with potential clients and guiding them through our program.

Close sales effectively, focusing on client needs and debt management solutions.

Manage a high volume of calls, with an average duration of 30 minutes to an hour per closed deal.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company sales goals.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.

Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance sales skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience in phone sales, preferably in finance, loans, collections, or debt-related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work the specified hours.

Compensation:

Commission-only structure paid weekly on deals that are written and not posted more than a month out for first payment. $100 per deal. 15 deals is $300 bonus, plus 3 other bonuses. Potential for an average of $1500 per week.
