Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Relocation Specialist to join and manage our very skilled and successful sales team. The ideal candidate will assist our sales representatives in reserving dates to relocate our consumers to new areas out side of their current state. They ideal candidate will provide support and guidance throughout the process while motivating and encouraging the team to keep an upbeat attitude and smile while on the phone

Duties:

- Verify jobs are priced correctly before booking

- Distribute Leads

- Perform TO's

- Anti's

- Motivate

- Incentivize

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of relatable experience

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- The ability to manage 10 plus reps

Commission: ( Begins after training)

-100k = 3%

+100k = 4%

Office is currently putting up 100-130k a week

Expectations of 200k weekly

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday

Weekends: as needed

Experience: At least 2 yrs Moving Industry experience REQUIRED
