We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Doral, Florida. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our continued growth and success.
Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Interviewing: Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to management.
Job Fairs/Events: Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote SMI Security and attract potential candidates.
Improvement: Constantly look for ways to improve the recruiting and onboarding process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
