REAL ESTATE BROKER NEEDED - THE WORLD REALTY IS HIRING

I am an experienced broker-owner of a boutique real estate company in Miami. I have been in business 18 years full time. I am seeking a replacement broker to work with my clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. I will spend part of my time abroad and need an experienced Broker to sell locally. I will open another real estate company in Dubai and need someone to run day-to-day operations and handle sales in Miami. In addition to your clients, you will also work with my clients. A competitive commission structure and leads will be provided. The job will start now, but the official replacement will be in April 2025.

REQUIREMENTS;

Applicants for this position must have a Florida Active Real Estate license, preferably a Broker Lic.

The professional candidate must possess at least five years of experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of success working with clients worth over $600,000 in Miami-Dade.

Great knowledge of Miami MLS and Form Simplicity contracts

Proven success in the Real Estate industry.

Must be a team player, motivational and personable

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional disposition and demeanor.

Be willing to work hard and highly motivated to succeed.

Must live in Miami

Must be a full-time Realtor

English and Spanish Speaking is a bonus
