We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our commercial and residential properties in Broward County, FL. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in property management, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to tenant relations and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations for multiple properties

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant improvements

Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Ensure compliance with property regulations and laws

Oversee rent collection and manage budgets

Prepare reports on property performance and financials

Qualifications:

2-3 years of property management experience

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of property management software is a plus
