Thank you for taking the time to review this position. Please note we are a 24 hour operational company, and this position will require you to have full availability.

We are currently looking for the right candidate to start (Midday Schedule) & (overnight shift), Tentative Schedule as Full Time: (1:00 Pm to 9:00 Pm)(3:00pm-11:00pm) (11:00pm-7:00am).

Training schedule varies from (7:00am-5:00pm)

Job Expectations:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will provide case management, customer service and travel assistance to patients and their families worldwide. You will also prepare documentation for medical personnel to support the specific repatriation plans needed by the patient. Must be able to manage complex/ escalated cases. Provide case direction and leadership support to nurses and physicians to ensure proper quality of service.

Requirements

Flexible Schedule – Must be able to work a schedule that includes one weekend a month (remote). Training and regular shifts at our office in Pompano. Must also be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as we are a 24/7 company.

Experience Requirements:
