Customer Service for Moving Company

Extremely busy moving company now seeking an experienced customer service representative full time for Busy moving season

Must have experience in customer service at a long distance Moving company We do not have time to train so please do not call if you do not have atleast 1 year of recent experience in a moving company . Must have experience with Granot and be able to handle onsite issues!

Duties will include:

Answering customer service calls

Pick up ETAs

Onsite Issues

Responding to emails

Scheduling QA calls

Delivery ETAs

Ensuring documents are signed
