Receptionist/Recruiter
Florida, Fort lauderdale, 33301 Fort lauderdale USAAs a receptionist/recruiter at Tier 1 Services you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and candidates, you will ensure a welcoming and organized front office as well as handling recruitment as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate staff.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Handle walk-in candidates and clients, ensuring they receive timely assistance and a positive experience.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and conference room bookings for staff and clients.
Assist candidates who are filing applications.
Assist with office administration tasks, including mail handling, office supply management, and filing.
Use your recruitment background to assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, and referrals.
Assist with initial candidate screenings, including reviewing resumes and conducting brief phone interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide administrative support for job postings, candidate outreach, and follow-up communications.
Help with the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and assisting with logistics.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, with exposure to recruiting or human resources.
Familiarity with recruiting practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
High energy, positive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
